Get Involved in the Bathurst Winter Festival

The Bathurst Winter Festival is back for 2025 and will be held from 5 to 20 July.

Council is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for associated festival infrastructure.

Two three-year tenders are presently live. One for the ice rink & decking, with the second being for the design & installation of the illumination works.

Both tenders are advertised on Tenderlink and will be open for applications up to 10am Tuesday 4 March. Interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal, www.tenderlink.com/bathurst, to view and download all documentation at no charge.

Council is also seeking market stall holders, local business involvement, food & beverage vendors, performers and event volunteers to bring the festival to life. All application criteria and event information can be found on the Be Involved page of the Winter Festival website.

Mayor Cr Robert Taylor noted this festival brings great joy to the region and introduces extensive opportunities for business owners to participate and showcase their goods and services.

“The annual Winter Festival is a staple of our community events, and I know that residents and visitors alike look forward to it year on year.

“It doubles as one of our city’s celebrated features as well as a business opportunity for local and Australia-wide companies to get involved,” said Mayor Taylor.
