Flix & Chill thanks to Westfund

Get out of the cold and enjoy two family movie afternoons in the cosy warmth of Walshaw Hall thanks to Westfund.

This fundraising initiative for Veritas House is held in conjunction with the Bathurst Winter Festival with all ticket proceeds going towards changing the lives of vulnerable children, young people and their families in our community.

Free face painting will also be available from 1pm - 3pm.

*Children 0 - 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Movies

Sunday 2 July - Ice Age

Sunday 9 July - Encanto

Both sessions will run from 1pm for a 1:45pm movie start time and conclude at approximately 4pm.

Tickets

$10pp (additional booking fee and credit card charges apply).

Ticket includes entry, sausage sizzle and drink. Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive at 1pm to check in, collect their sausage sizzle and drink and take their seat prior to the movie.

Seating

No allocated seating is available within Walshaw Hall. The hall will have an area at the front for those wanting to bring their own beanbags or picnic blankets, with non allocated seating in the middle and back of the room.

Accessibility

Flix & Chill thanks to Westfund is fully accessible. Wheelchair access is available via the front door to Walshaw Hall (Church Street).

Food and Beverage Facilities

A sausage sizzle, popcorn and drinks will be available at the event. With your first sausage sizzle and drink included in your ticket, all proceeds go to Veritas House.

No BYO alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into the venue.

Alcohol will not be available for purchase.
