Kids Day brought to you by Bathurst City Centre

At the Bathurst Winter Festival, Wednesdays are dedicated to kids, with markets, kids activities, children’s entertainers and more from 9am to 3pm on both Wednesdays of the festival!

Dress-up as your favourite superhero, princess or book character and come along to join in the fun.

Note: Our festival precinct looks a little different this year with the focus on Russell and Church Streets, Courthouse Lane, Kings Parade and a section of Machattie Park.

We expect with the numbers attending the festival, it will be busy, so we encourage everyone to take their time to explore the entire precinct and the illumination sites. As well as enjoying the food and entertainment on offer in the Winter Playground also take advantage of the local pubs, clubs and restaurants that surround the festival.

Parts of Machattie Park remain closed to the public while the colony of flying foxes is still in residence.  Please remain outside of the fenced off areas as we still need to complete tree remediation works in the area where the flying foxes are roosting.
