Installations

Expressions of interest for installations, activations and experiences at the 2025 Festival are now open.

We are looking for small, medium and large engaging illuminated and/or interactive installations suitable to be on display outside for a minimum of 16 days throughout the festival site. Installations can be hanging or standing. They must be durable, weatherproof, look appealing during the day and night and be weighted - not requiring to be staked into the ground.

Installations may include welcome archways, creatively lit pathways, photo opportunities, lighting displays, interactive displays etc.

Expressions of interested submissions close Saturday 1 March 2025.
